Piggy bank data missing

I had over 350gb of rolled piggy bank data yesterday and now is has suddenly dropped to about 70gb??? I know there is an expiration date on this but a sudden drop of  280gb over night is crazy!
Please can someone at Sky recify this?

Unused data in your Piggybank expires if not used after 12 months as you've found. If you had 350GB in there it would appear you were on a much greater data plan than you really needed.

Go to your account and Mobile > Manage > Roll & Rewards > Roll piggybank data

Scroll down to Piggybank activity

They will detail all transactions that change the balance - see if that offers any clues?

Sometimes it's worth leaving for a day to adjust itself.

Mobile data piggy bank lost

My built up data saved in the piggy bank has been reduced by more than 100Gb without my knowledge. Any ideas?

@Chris+77

Customers were made aware of this change in advance; in the April 2024 price change letter / email.

No I'm afraid not as data remains in the piggybank for 12 months only so only data that has been in it for a year should have been removed.

Expired?  Data in the piggybank only lasts 12 months.

Hi @wildswan  look at your piggybank history to see why.

Piggy bank data gone

I just looked at my piggy bank and 130 of my data was used yesterday but not by me. That's impossible to use in one go
