Having major issues contacting a Live Agent on the sky chat. The response box isn't there

My phone has water damage and I have taken out the SIM and tray to dry out yesterday early evening.  I worried about trying to turn it on incase it won't work so need to order a replacement SIM urgently.  The chatbot is driving me insane!  I eventually got transferred to a live agent and then the response box for me to answer, wasn't there!!!
