@comit17

Data only lasts 12 months in the Piggybank so any not used will now have dropped off.

@comit17

For that amount of saved data you might be Ona data package that is to high for your needs.

Hi @_Deanc_  data not used now expires after 12 months, sky sent out emails in April 2024 warning this would start this year, looks like it has started now. You aren't the first to notice this.

Piggybank data disappeared

I have just lost 100gb of piggyback data over night and I am unsure why, tried chatbot and it was no help as to why. Was planning to use it on a new phone.

@Jess+udall

Unused Sky Mobile data now expires after a 12 month period.

So after 04/06/25
any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect.

Re: Piggybank data disappeared

Great, on June 1st I upgraded my phone and was talked into downgrading my data plan to the lowest plan by the SKY VIP helpdesk as I had over 1 TB of data in my piggybank which I could use each month instead. Now half of it's gone - Cheers SKY 👍🏻 suppose I'll have to now increase my plan and pay more money

Hi @Loftylows  if you still have 500 gig of data in your piggybank then you should still be able to use that for some considerable time before you decide on whether or not to increase your plan.

Re: Piggybank data disappeared

On a second review it's actually taken 823GB and left me with 312GB. My 1TB plus was supposed to last me 3 years.

312 Gig is still a massive amount of data @Loftylows  up to you but I would still wait before increasing any plans.

Roughly how much data do you use each month @Loftylows because 312GB is a massive amount which should keep you going for quite a while.
