Ordered MacBook Air 2025 and it’s been 2 weeks

They also offered me a different spec of MacBook which they know is in stock.

My argument was I ordered the spec that I ordered for a reason. If I had wanted the spec they were offering I would have ordered it to begin with.

Personally I will not be accepting a lesser spec machine simply so they can easily get rid of an unhappy customer. Why should I compromise with a company that is acting unprofessional.

I've just finished cancelling my order and ordering the 256gb 13 inch MacBook Air, it said free next day delivery when I ordered so I'm hoping to get it tomorrow. 

it's a shame I couldn't get the larger storage one but I honestly don't mind buying external hard drives if it comes to it.

Hoping that everyone that hasn't received theirs yet gets theirs!

In placed an order for the MacBook Air 2025 512GB in Sky Blue.

When I placed the order, like everyone else I had an email saying delivery within 1-2 weeks.

I am currently still within the two week timeframe, but not confident at all.

I have been In touch via Facebook messenger several times, to say I am simply asking for an estimated restock date, they apparently do not have access to this Information.

I have called today to find out when the product is going to be restocked, I was advised 3-4 weeks, I am not sure how true this is due to being told different things each time, and it is still showing 1-2 weeks online.

So I called again after, made sure it was a different customer service agent, and he advised 1-2 weeks.

The phone operators really haven't got a clue what is going on, but they should still receive internal updates on this! So many angry customers right now, and rightly so! 

Monday will be the two week mark for me, so I will contact again after this time if my order doesn't turn up.

The fact that they were not transparent about this when in placed the order, I would never have known this was the case, and also the fact that none of us seem to receiving clear communication on this, when our money has been taken, it is just not good enough. 

I hope this is sorted soon, fingers crossed for all of you.

I also wanted to mention that when I asked to cancel my order today, I was told that the £12 I initially spent for the deposit on the day of order would not be refunded to me and instead would be put toward my bill at the end of the month!

I had to pay the £2 deposit for my new one today which I think is ridiculous personally.

That's shocking only reason I bought the MacBook is because I got a phone from them and came with in days thought it would be the same with this computer but no robbing **bleep** wipes

I got a phone sometime late last year and I got the message saying dpd had it within 5 hours of ordering it so waiting this long has been insane!!!

Yep same I wrote a bad word another word for behind lol 3 letters and the bleeped it out hahahaha so they can do that but not deliver out stuff shocking

My order has gone to 'Order awaiting dispatch' and I got an email saying that I should receive my order soon, but nothing from the courier yet

Just been sent a text from Sky saying 

'There has been a delay in processing your Sky Mobile order. You don't need to do anything, we are working on this and we will be in touch when it's on the way.'

Well good news! DPD is expecting my parcel and will let me know when it's out for delivery so that's good. I'm hoping with the slimmest chance that they deliver today but I know I'm not that lucky lol
