I have been following this thread.
Unfortunately I can relate to many in here.

I ordered a Macbook Air M4, 13 Inch 512gb Midnight Black on the 27th September. Almost 3 weeks ago.
I contacted Sky today and was given every excuse under the sun about stock and how the "back end team" deal with stock issues.
I argued thats not my problem, its Sky who should not be accepting orders for stock it knows it doesnt have in the first place.

I was then asked if i would like another Macbook in a different colour and spec, honestly!!! I ordered my specific Macbook as that was the Spec i wanted!!
I have went ahead and put an official complaint in. That in itself is laughable, will get a reply within 14 days. I think i need to make a complaint about the complaint process.

Instead of prohitbiting potential customers from ordering a device when its not in stock, Sky are happy to take orders and get sales before allowing them potential customers to go else where.
I guess they are happy to receive complaints and let customers wait weeks on a Macbook or what ever device it may be before allowing customers to take their purchase else where.

Anything to get our money, they'd rather have tons of complaints and take our money than let us go elsewhere with our money. It's ridiculous
