Ordered MacBook Air 2025 and it’s been 2 weeks

Yeah exactly!! Only had to cancel my order and order a new laptop with less storage! But it seems like the 512gb model is on back order for the 13 and 15 inch which is insane, so it has to be a Sky issue. 

seems like Sky has a lot of issues atm 🙄

Yea well let's hope they sort it out soon I wonder if il ever get out of limbo Mabey I should ask them to just give me the 2026 when it's released as that's how long il probably have to wait

sky is saving that my parcel should be here tomorrow, but I didn't think they delivered on Saturdays... weird. Guess we'll see!

Upon accessing the “manage” orders section tonight, the status has been updated to “order awaiting dispatch.” However, when I attempt to track my order, the status remains unchanged at “in progress - coming soon.” This indicates that the order is still not in stock and has not progressed further.

Additionally, I received an email regarding my complaint. The email states that Sky attempted to contact me, but I can assure anyone that Sky did not. Had Sky attempted to contact me, I would have taken immediate action. In essence, this situation is a complete mess due to Sky accepting sales that they obviously cannot fulfill.

Exactly quick enough to take our money not fast enough to fulfill orders good luck I even contacted Apple and there no help told me to go back to sky and take it up with them sky have phoned me but to say my mobile sim isn't working and I should get a new one no thanks nice try mines on contract and works bloody fine stupid scam  callers

I'm concerned as usually Sky is prompt at delivery times and tracking of orders. 

I purchased an Apple MacBook Air 15"laptop about 10 days ago - I haven't received any updates or tracking details. 

does anyone know how to escalate this as my laptop is required urgently.

Hi @Joules2025  there is no way to escalate this, your order status in your account will be the most up to date information available.

Unfortunately it's not what you want to hear but it seems like your in the same boat as us and you will be waiting weeks and weeks.
