I've tried to ring my partner several times today and it stays silent for a while and then says 'this number does not exist'. The number is correct and I have tried deleting and re-adding him as a contact but nothing. I see multiple issues regarding this have been brought to Sky's attention - is there a solution?

This is happening to me with my partner as well! I can call any other number with no problems.
I've called 150 and reported it, they said the usual reset network settings, take sim out, try deleting the number and re adding, none of this worked!
I switched to Sky around 6 months ago and have had a few issues since. I'm not impressed and will be seeking some sort of compensation if it doesn't get resolved by tomorrow

I suspect it won't be resolved by tomorrow. They may let you leave penalty free however.

There's a apparently a problem with the mast in our area so not sure if that's the problem but it's been going on since yesterday !

Are you able to help with this problem. I have 4 numbers on my account, my actual number is on Vodafone. None of the 4 Sky numbers can phone my Vodafone number, they say the number is not regonised. I can phone each of the numbers on Sky fine and the call gets recognised. I have checked all settings and them seem fine, we have all just comeback from abroad so thought it could be that causing the issue but each of the 4 sky numbers can phone other numbers fine. Everyone else seems to be able to call my vodafone number so it seems there is an issue between these 4 sky numbers and my number on the vodafone network.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

When I try to call my friend who is a Vodafone customer it just says the number doesn't exist, but he can call me

Has anyone had this issue resolved yet? Tried calling 150 again today and got nowhere! I've logged a complaint now so hopefully it gets taken more seriously. How Sky can just sit back and do nothing is so unprofessional. I'm absolutely done with them from TV, to broadband to mobile. Customer for life lost after all this

No, still unable to call our daughter!

This is clearly a Sky issue yet they don't want to take responsibility! Countless calls to an overseas call centre getting nowhere!
When are you going to put something out to your customers who can't contact people because 'their number doesn't exist'
