‘Number does not exist’

I've tried to ring my partner several times today and it stays silent for a while and then says 'this number does not exist'. The number is correct and I have tried deleting and re-adding him as a contact but nothing. I see multiple issues regarding this have been brought to Sky's attention - is there a solution?

Over the weekend support teams have been investigating and resolved the 'Number not recognised' when outbound calling issue.
