Hi my delivery has been missed twice and now sent back, please can I get it resent

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
You'll need to discuss this with Sky by calling. I presume you missed your 1 hour time slot that DPD sent you.

Yes I did and they said they have sent it back to sky
