Did this get fixed for you?
I have the same problem, have had the IPad over a year now and tried calling Sky but the issue was never fixed. Please can someone help me with this as I want to view my agreement and make changes to it.

I bought an IPad through the same account as my mobile, but the IPad does not show on my Sky Mobile account. I have tried linking it through the link that was sent through email when I purchased the IPad, however it comes up an error saying 'account already linked'? The IPad is definietly linked to the same email address as Sky confirmed this when I called. I am charged every month for it from the same account as mobile, however it is not showing as a direct debit.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi - no spoke to Sky and told me to create new id and it would be linked but that didn't work. No idea on how long is left on the agreement and can't bring myself to call sky again. Was tempted to cancel the DD and let them chase me but probably not a good idea.

Yeah i got told the same but doesn't let me either. I'm going to call them again if this doesn't get fixed cos it is frustrating. Will let you know if i get it resolved.
