@IamTheSpoon Do you have an eSim? Email seems genuine as it's asking you to login to your Sky account at the correct address.

@IamTheSpoon I agree with @GD1 - it looks genuine to me. The only link in the email is to Sky.com (you're right links in emails aren't to be trusted), so you can manually enter that into your browser and then follow the instructions in the email to avoid any possible risk there.

Hi @GD1 & @Mark39
I have just talked to customer services (which isn't as easy as we'd all like it to be) and they confirmed the emails were authentic.
Which is great. But also a bit miffed at sky for putting sign in links into emails - rather out of date security i think. It was that that raised all my red flags.

Re: Is this a SCAM email: - donotreplyesc@sky.uk
@IamTheSpoon by way of reassurance, I don't see a sign in link in the email. The only link is to the generic sky.com website. You can navigate from there yourself to the sign-in page.

. @Mark39
It's all sorted now, while on the phone to customer services we worked out there is no need to upgrade my e-sim, as it's working as should ... All of this has just been an unwelcome waste of time. YAY 😂
