I recently ordered a new sim for my daughter as she was recieving nuisance calls from.an ex and was told that she was out of contract for old one any way and would just be billed for 1 once new sim up and running etc but looking at next bill still getting billed for both .

Hi @Michelle150990 you need to call sky on 150 and ask them to cancel the old one.
