I have recently made a purchase which now qualifies for a free gift, but when I try to claim using the online link, I have no invoice numbers on my orders & purchases? Where do I find my invoice number?

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

Otherwise as advised above your should be able to use your Sky account number.

@AML3 It's usually your credit agreement minus the letters

alternatively try using your sky account number
