You can also go via your phone's manufacturer so perhaps get a quote from them both to see which is the cheapest.

My phone is in warrenty but waiting weeks for packaging to send back. Keep phoning but getting fobbed off and was told the repair had been cancelled but they don't know why. Requested a new one and still waiting for package. They are shocking.
