How disgusted i am with sky. I am writing thisvon behalf of my partner. She ordered a i phone 15 off sky and was delivered by dpd a power pack of some description. She has had a letter saying they are not upholding her complaint. My partner has a very bad heart and it is for her daughter. I suppose the financial ombudsman is our only option. I want to speak to a manager urgently

They need to follow the advise provided by @caesarome

@Jimmyk I ordered an Iphone 15 pro max and recieved a fake iphone 14 pro Max.
Speak to citizens advice trading standards and they will advise.
