Change of details

Have separated from my partner and need to sort my data and plan as he has lowered my data and I need to pay and take over for myself! Karolyne Riddell

@Kaz401  The only option you have available is to create your own Sky Mobile account and purchase a sim/data plan.

 

To move your number the only option is to port the number to a pay as you go sim and then port to your new sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
