I cannot make or receive call

People cannot call me and I cannot call either, is there anything I can do?

text failing

can not send any texts from my phone and can speak to any one about this it is driving me mad any help please

Having exactly the same issue. Phone won't even connect to WiFi at home 9/10 times. And when it's not on WiFi, can't send iMessages or use the internet when just using my data!! Getting so bad now what am I actually paying for @Sky
