Roaming plus activated and worked for 3 days. It has now stopped working and I get popup saying Refreshing sim data And also a screen popup asking to enter phone number to get latest chat features.

Any ideas how to get roaming working again

Do you have a spend cap set and is it high enough to cover your stay ?

Have spend cap set at £48

Should gave only used £6 in 3 days
