How can I end my sky sim only and take a new mobile contract with sky mobile?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can only cancel that sim if you have had it for 12 months or more and to do so you would need to call Sky on 150. However if you want to add a mobile to your account then you can do so by only ordering the phone and using that sim in it so you don't actually need to cancel it. If you do cancel it and order a new one then it will come with a different number.
