Re: HTC u24 pro
Hi @Dribbles I think you are mixing up WiFi and mobile data ? WiFi is when you connect to a router in your house or pub etc. Mobile data lets you use internet when not connected to a WiFi source. Have you checked the APN settings are correct in your phone ?

Re: HTC u24 pro
You may have to create it yourself @Dribbles
There should be some sort of option to create an APN and this is what you need to add.
- Name: Sky Mobile Internet
- APN: mobile.sky

Re: HTC u24 pro
To create or edit an APN (Access Point Name) on your HTC U20 Pro, navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Access Point Names. Then, tap the "+" icon to add a new APN or select an existing one to edit it. You'll need to enter the specific settings provided by your mobile network operator, such as APN name, APN, username, and password. After entering the details, save the settings and select the new APN to activate it.

Re: HTC u24 pro
I have seen fellow customers @Dribbles who don't have iPhones or Samsung phones struggle to receive the settings and they have to create the APN themselves.

Re: HTC u24 pro
The instructions are in posts 6 and 5 above @Dribbles it shouldn't be too difficult. A phone shop will probably charge you to do it.
