Iphone Face ID not working

my Face ID slowly got the point now it's not working at all. The guidance states that you can reset it however I can't reset it or set up a new Face ID ID as it says it's currently not working.
so I've tried all the guidance and I just need to be able to take it my phone somewhere to get it fixed and I'm not getting any option of talking to a human being about this matter with sky mobile. It's actually ridiculous!

Hi @KElberts  this is the link for sky repairs, personally I would go to an Apple Store or try Apple support before sending it back to sky.
