Fraudulent activity

Help I have been the victim of fraud and hoping somebody hasn't accessed my account to order phones

That's currently a prominent scam.  If unexpected hardware actually arrives then be extremely wary of attempts to retrieve it, and only communicate by calling Sky yourself.

You need to sign in to the account & change your password immediately if you suspect a scammer has accessed your account & if there's any order/s shown to cancel it/them. You can also contact Sky to ensure there's nothing wrong with the account.
