hello, iv got a order coming tomorrow a iphone 16 and i need to change the delivery address as im visiting family and wont be home but need my phone so was wondering if i can change it as ill be at another address but will have my ID with me

Unfortunately the device will be delivered to the account address for security reasons. You should be given a 1 hour delivery time slot by DPD if you're able to be there in that timeframe.

@courtxx You can't change address I'm afraid as sky will only deliver to the registered address on the account
