I set up 3 sim only deals a week ago, they were meant to apply a discount on two of sims but only have on one, numerous phone calls later and still not seen a change, should I cancel sims as I'm in my cooling off period

I've spoke to 3 people now from sky and they all say oh yes I've sorted now but never is. Spent hours on phone trying to sort out these sims

Have you checked future bills on those sims to see if the discount has been applied from that date?

Yes and those don't show the discount either, it's so frustrating
