Re: Can I pay my bill 5 days late?
If you bill is paid by a direct debit then you have 10 days grace because should it fail to be taken on the billing date Sky will automatically try again 10 days later.
If you pay by any other way then this doesn't apply so while it is only 3 days you might find your mobile will be suspended until you pay the bill in full and setup a payment method.

Re: Can I pay my bill 5 days late?
Restrictions are an automated process and we understand a Customer Services agent can't stop it, even if you're told otherwise. Furthermore Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or a promise to pay on or by a certain date.
