Data Plan price Increase

My half price 50gb data plan has come to an end and I am now being charged £20 per month.  I have checked on Sky Mobile and they are offering the same 50gb data plan at half price (£10) for 9 months but this is not an option when I try to change my data plan.  Can I speak to someone at Sky about this?

The 50GB offer you are seeing now applies to new sims only so while you can call Sky on 150 to see if they will apply it to your current sim do not be surprised if they say they will not do it. The work around is to order the new 50GB sim then transfer your current number to a PAYG sim then back to the new one.

Re: Data Plan price Increase

I wish to know why my plan is going up twice one in March and one in April taking it to just over £4 per month more

As we are fellow customers and not sky CS here we can only speculate, the April one is the annual rise recently announced by Sky, possibly the March one is the end of a discount or it could be the April one overlapping. Have a look and compare your bills.

@EllieB1231

There is a price rise in April so as we are billed in advance the chances are the increase you will be paying is split over both bills.
