My half price 50gb data plan has come to an end and I am now being charged £20 per month. I have checked on Sky Mobile and they are offering the same 50gb data plan at half price (£10) for 9 months but this is not an option when I try to change my data plan. Can I speak to someone at Sky about this?

The 50GB offer you are seeing now applies to new sims only so while you can call Sky on 150 to see if they will apply it to your current sim do not be surprised if they say they will not do it. The work around is to order the new 50GB sim then transfer your current number to a PAYG sim then back to the new one.
