Issue making calls

Out of the blue phone stopped making or receiving cellular calls.

Have tried pretty much all of the suggested fixes. Nothing works.

In ROI and a lot of the SIM checking options in MySKY not available here.

Please can someone in SKY post an update on this problem.

It could be a faulty sim so have you got in contact with Sky Ireland so they can get a new one sent out for you to try:

I am having the same issue its a bloody nightmare nothing then I get 5 VM alerts and can't call.any of them back
