Charge for old device

I swapped my phone and got the full payment of it deducted from my bill, however it's still charged me the monthly payment for it and a monthly payment for my new device? Is this right? If I had known I would have 2 device charges to pay I wouldn't have swapped.

Future bills don't show it but shows I am in debit for not paying it

No I don't want to pay for 2 phones when they had already received that one back

You do have to pay for it as any overpayment should then be refunded to you by the way of a credit on a future bill, by stopping payment you will have further issues going forward.

Ok, probably not what you want to hear but withholding payment doesn't help you.

 

Chances are the bill was generated prior to the return being processed.

 

If you fail to pay then your services are likely to be restricted (and you won't be able to speak to Sky) regardless of the rights and wrongs.

 

Best advice is to pay the bill and then discuss with Sky.

Sure - but it may well end up as a credit on your account (for which you can request to be refunded).
