I've just received a new iPhone 15 pro for her indoors but there appears to be no SIM card in the package. Am I missing something or have Sky failed to supply one?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid you order an esim when you placed the order, if you didn't then it might be that the sim will come separately and if it doesn't you can order yourself one here by selecting a data plan for it:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
