Be hours since I changed phones keeping the sim and phone number and same network, but still can’t m

Be hours since I changed phones , I'm using existing sim and telephone numbers as before and still using sky mobile, everything is working except I can't dial out or receive calls in please help

Have you moved the physical SIM from old to new phone


Have you applied APN settings?
