To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I can not connect my sky account either.

Phoned numerous times, just had enough now.

Will cancel my sky mobile when it ends if I can't sort it out. Got no data on my tablet so can't sign in on it.

Not happy at all atm

Same boat, I've raised twice on here and each time ignored

I'm having trouble linking my new mobile to sky Id. Says error when adding in details. Can't activate sim card till that's done

You will need to have to call Sky about this and 150 is the free number to call them on from your phone that has a Sky sim in it.

I am also trying to link my new Sky mobile account with my existing Sky TV account. Everytime I put in my details I get an error page.

"Whoops, there's been an error

Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later."

 

I've had this phone since Christmas and I still can't activate the SIM!!
