I upgraded my phone recently and upgraded my plan. I put the new SIM card in and paid off what I owed from my previous contract with sky. I put the new SIM card in but I get an error every time I go to activate my new sim in my new phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you upgraded your plan did you do this against the sim you already have because if you did you can continue using the sim you already have by moving it to your new device.
If yoh do activate this new sim then you will be paying for another one so is this what you are happy to do ?
