I've received my SKY SIM card, but can't activate it on the app or website.
I keep trying to link my SKY ID, but always comes back saying there is an error.
It's been like this for 4 days now.
I tried ringing, but didn't get through after 25 minutes

They will not be able to activate it for you but hopefully when this is fixed you will be able to do it yourself so you would you like to be contacted via the messaging team ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Tried activating my sim tonight, phone says sim not supported and to contact sky but now cannot call out on my phone!
extremley frustrating
can someone help please

Has the sim activated as sometimes then can be a little wait so does it show as being activated or does it say it is still activating ?
