Hi all,

I'm looking to swap to Sky with a new phone. I understand it has to be delivered with proof of ID but I live in student accommodation so all Mail is sent to reception. Would there be a chance I could order online and pick up in store?

For security purchases, and like you say, the showing of ID I'm sure that is not

an option. It has to be delivered to the account address which would be your home address not your halls.
