Number not recognised

Number I have been using for last few years now says "number not recognised" when someone calls me or "incorrect number" Turns out getting help from sky isn't the easiest these days.

My daughter and I are both on sky mobile. Since yesterday we cannot make or receive calls. 
we are notified 'call failed' when trying to ring out. People trying to call us say it rings once and cuts off. We have full signal/connected to wifi.

We had this yesterday and nothing seemed to work until I did a reset on my mobile network.

Both android and iPhone and it started to work.

Go to settings/ General/ Transfer and reset iPhone/reset and then choose reset mobile network only, this will reset your phone and all will start working

I've also had the same issue ongoing since yesterday morning. Sky says good service. I have reported the problem and have had a message saying they're looking into it. Very odd. I'm in the Cambridgeshire area

My phone not working cuts off making call an cuts off when answering calls

For the last few days I have had multiple people say they have tried to call me and it has told them that they've dialled an incorrect number. Sometimes it even rings on my end and then when I answer, it just hangs up.

I have tried to call out and it is just showing 'call failed' and not even ringing. 

I have paid my bill. Everything says it should be working fine. 

Any ideas?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I can't make or receive calls and people calling me are told they're dialling a wrong number even though my number is saved in their contacts

Same problem here there must be an issue with sky even though it's saying there isnt

Same issue can't call out or get calls in message says " The numnber you are calling is not recogniased"  wont dial out  SKY are you fixing  this issue out ?
