‘Call failed’ calling out and ‘Incorrect number’ calling in.

We are all having the same problem and I contacted sky and they said no issue on the network. It can just me busy in my area. This is rubbish as that's two days now we have not been able to make or receive calls and they are saying there is no faults. As soon as they open tomorrow I am calling again and will be cancelling if this is not resolved. We missed a really important medical call because of it.

I have 2 sims and both are having this issue, been happening since yesterday, tried to call sky but unfortunately there support stops at 9PM.

I have the same problem. All 3 phones in my household experiencing same issue. Had problem yesterday, but phones working again this morning. I called them and was told it is not a known issue. Phones worked until mid afternoon and then same problem. Called again, this time was told to reset my network config to factory settings and this resolved it for one phone. Let's see what tomorrow brings. I shall read them this transcript.....

I've been having the same issue calls failing and not able to receive calls only way I've gotten around it is turning on wifi calling in my settings and then usuing my data on WhatsApp etc

Same for me and all my family whom are on sky yet it says there is no network issue! There clearly is

The Problem is continuing so it seems - phone on/off hasn;t saorted it...

Not just turning on and off but resetting network connection.  For iPhone:

Open Settings

Tap the Settings app on your home screen.

Go to General

Scroll down and select General.

Navigate to Transfer or Reset iPhone

At the bottom of the General menu, tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.

Choose Reset

Tap Reset.

Select Reset Network Settings
