Calls not working

Can't make or receive calls. Calls to me ring this end but tell the caller the number doesn't exist. Outbound calls either ring this end and not the other, or don't ring either end. 

Impossible to report except here as my phone is not working. Neither are the other four sky lines used by my family. 

sky- please treat as a for al complaint. If you refuse to accept formal complaints on this board, please contact me to advise me how to complain. You can email me or come to my house I guess? Lack of any non-phone support option (which itself it near impossible to find) shows total contempt for customers.

Phone calls not working

For past 48 hours our 4 sky mobiles are not connecting calls on the network. I can receive calls from other networks and on WhatsApp (Internet calls), but sky calls are failing. Have tried to update settings on phone but still no luck. Sky network checker says no issue, but looking at all other threads there appears to be an issue that sky isn't making customers aware of. Please can you advise when this will be resolved. Extremely frustrating.

Hi, ive cant make phone calks or recieve phone calls for 4 days now,

My phone can not make or receive phone calls, my Internet us working so can receive what's app, but not normal phone calls

On the sky website when i enter my post code it's states that everything will be back to usual by  Monday 26th January. So I won't be able to make or receive calls until then??

Phone calls not connecting

Phone not making calls or accepting calls. Just dropped the calls coming in and says incorrect number on outgoing calls. 

 

Happen to be at the end of my contract would this be anything to do with it? Do I have to do anything at end of contract, sim etc?
