I have exactly the same issue, the ported number completed today i got the emails etc. I went into My Number tried to type in the number, it didn't save. I turned phone off and removed SIM put SIM back in and tried again, no luck. Can I request someone from sky contacts me asap

Hi I've done all Thts been stated to sort my daughters number transfer but every time I restart the phone it goes back to the new number not the one I'm transferring

I have tried this and it still isn't working, I transferred from o2 and received emails to say the transfer was complete however the sky number that I don't want still shows on this phone! Help!
