Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

The main page on my Sky app now says "your order is now on its way" but no further messages in the app or emails recieved & the orders screen still says "in progress". Still has very little confidence in this being correct

Mine still says "In Progress - Coming Soon". Not had any further updates from Sky on when I expect to receive my order yet.

Finally after 5-6 weeks of waiting period with loads of calls n complaints

Called yesterday. Got put through to one person who told me it should come in the next week. Then got transferred to someone from the "loyalty team" who told me my phone is in the back order. I ordered on 02/10. She then told me that she can reorder the phone and I'll get it in a week. She then prompted me to make a reorder with another payment. 

Has anyone actually tried that and got their phone quicker? I feel like it'll just be **bleep** and they want me to order so they can have it on their record that they made a sale. 

This is getting annoying and I feel for the people who pre-ordered all the way in September and who havent received their phones.

Still waiting on my September 12th ore order for Silver 17PM 256gb in Ireland.

I was told 2 weeks ago that stock was arriving this week, the latest now is 'if I dont receive by later in the week then check back with them'

Yeah they convinced me to do the same i ordered on 6/10 and they cancelled my phone on 28/10 said you will get in one week and after that now i am again in progress called them they said it will take 1 2 weeks and still i m here with no updates called them today again forward my call to another department, they forwarded to another and then it was only the song playing no kne attended me after waiting 20 mins they are just so very unprofessional .

Mine like a few other peoples say on the way on a main page in the app. But when I click on it still sais in progress. 
but I think this is simply because they updated there app and website yesterday?

Just got of the phone to sky ordered on 12th sept silver iPhone 17 pro England kicked off abit this time he rang the fulfilment team while I was on the phone and apparently the phone is ready to be dispatched and will be within the next 24h and I should have my device within the next 48h will keep you posted but nothing has changed so far

Hi I have ordered the same phone as you but 12/10/2025 and still no joy all I got told was it's at fulliment centre waiting for dispatch but they said this for 4 weeks now
