Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

 i just looked at tescos website for iphone 17 pro max and it says delivery by the 13th november so im just going to wait. Im away for a week at the end of october so going to be annoyed if sky decide to send them out around then. Waiting a month for a phone is ridiculous i will be expecting some compensation.

As well as i saw someone said that sky told them that everyone should have their phone by the 18th, no sign of that happening at all. And i think its awful sky havent even been keeping us up with whats happening, we have to chase them up on it.. Its ridiculous. 

Also they are blaming apple for the stock however every other company is giving everyone a date as well as shipping phones out to this day. Its beyond a joke.

Do Tesco allow you to pay monthly without a SIM? That's the only reason I use Sky lol

So here is the latest update from the Executive Office for those waiting for 17 PM iPhones.

Sky changed their fulfillment system just prior to the launch of iPhone 17.

They have discovered a glitch in this new system which basically means that early orders (within the first week) were put to the back of the fulfillment queue, while later orders were put to the front of the queue and dispatched if stock levels allowed.

They are still quoting a further 4 week wait time until they receive stock from Apple.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news to those still waiting.

@da1eb7150 I'm only telling people what I was told today by a member of the Head of Customer Services team told me.

Given that I have told her repeatedly that I would be sharing the details of my calls with others in the same boat as me on this forum, I highly doubt a senior executive at Sky UK via her staff would tell me that if there was no truth in it.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

 I complained to the Head of Customer Service UK and that's what a member of her team told me today on a follow up call.
