As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Anyone else ordered an iPhone 17 and waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery when told a few days when ordered? Being pestered to activate a SIM I don't have either. Any ideas?

Hoping someone can help or is currently in the same situation, i ordered the Iphone 17 pro Max Silver on the 21st of September and was told 3-4 weeks delivery and called today to be told the phone isn't in stock and they think it will be another 4 weeks until i get the phone. i go away in 2 weeks and very worried i wont have a phone, has anyone received the Iphone 17 pro max sliver

I ordered a silver pro max 256gb on the 12th of September about 20 minutes after launch and my order still says coming soon, despite multiple times contacting sky i am being told i can't give you any information there is no stock and that is all they can tell me. From reading this thread however it is apparent people have ordered after the 12th and have received their devices so not sure how the backlog is working.

Spoke to them today they said they are out of stock and backlogged asked when they will get more stock they said usually get sent stock every 'few weeks ' asked how long until there next delivery said they don't know 🙂

Hi I ordered mine at 20th of September and still waiting and I,m in the same shoes like you I,m going on holiday 3 weeks from now and also worried that I wont get it until then. On the last week before I go I will try to cancel the order if didn't arrived by then.

i am also thinking of cancelling as this is ridiculous now honestly , i called last week and they said it will arrive last week then today saying another 4 weeks it's ridiculous
