When you've called you've actually spoken to Sky Customer Service agents.

Unfortunately you're in the same position as a lot of other customers. This happens every year when Apple launch a new iPhone.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Just got off the phone with Sky Customer Service and once again I've been told the same thing... 

I called last week and was told the iPhone would come in that week, but sky being sky still did not deliver the iPhone...

Called again today and was told the same thing and that they will be transferring my case over to the back order team to try get it sent out as soon as this week.

Just got the notification from both Sky and DPD as well and the expected delivery is tomorrow. Ordered 17pm 256gb orange on 22nd September. I guess they must have finally gotten some stock in for this specific configuration.

Just got a DPD email saying we are expecting your parcel and another from Sky saying be ready with sims.

Oddly my order still shows as on back order so who knows 🤣

Orange seems to be the least chosen, so I think there's stock of orange in certain storage sizes but I've ordered white PM 1TB and nothing. Ordered on 20th sept

I'm on my 4th week I ordered the 17pm in silver on the 19th September but not seen anyone on here that has actually received one my app still says coming soon so after this week is it even worth calling sky up ??
