i called up as soon as i ordered it to cancel because I still have so much to pay off my original phone but i decided to keep it when they said my original phone will knock £345 off but even before they told me that they said there's no way you can cancel as you have ordered so I've just decided to keep waiting for it but hopefully it comes soon but I'm not holding my breath like I said I'm on my 4th week and there is people that ordered after me who are now receiving their phones. It's frustrating

I ordered my I phone 17 pro max on 26th September I accepted credit agreement etc but says I should of had an email for an estimated delivery date but no Info about delivery anywhere I go on my app to track my order and it just says delivery coming soon and has done since the day I ordered it

Well I've been posting in this forum for a good few weeks now and never thought I would see this day and post my own status

Ordered 16th September

Just got my own DPD email, delivery for tomorrow

That is 4 weeks and 1 day 

iPhone 17 Pro Max, cosmic orange 256gb

an absolutely terrible experience, and still raging with sky on how this whole thing has been for us customers but it's on its way

People who ordered it release day have waited even longer but I'm hoping for them especially who ordered it before me, it comes before the end of the week 

fingers crossed for you all because you all deserve better than what sky have put us through the last month

It seems like they've got stock of the orange pro max now from the posts I've seen today. Fingers crossed the other models follow suit! I'm only on week 3 of waiting so I envision I have a while to go yet! I only ordered the base 17 as well!

Ordered Sunday 19th September delivery tomorrow IPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256gb Cardiff

it was dead on 4 weeks so hope that gives everyone hope.

I Ordered a silver 17pmax 256 (upgrade) on 15th Sept and my account said awaiting despatch/no active orders for 4 weeks.

Finally today I got the despatch notification from Sky and DPD!!! 
Weirdly, although it says now despatched, it still says no active orders?

I'd actually given up on Sky after loads of lies and being fobbed off, and on Friday I ordered 16 pmax from Tesco. They also messed me about despite it being in stock and I had to cancel and re-order yesterday (creating 2 credit checks which wasn't my fault). So now the 2nd Tesco one is also arriving tomorrow, I think! 

Is the Sky ine a result of me contacting them by text yesterday to cancel it (but still couldn't get thru to complete the cancellation)?? Possibly, but either way, now I get to decide which one I want to keep.

It was announced in the press in mid September that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max have been discontinued by Apple so there might be significant problems getting any remaining stock for all providers including Tesco Mobile..
