Preorderd  the 17 pro max on the 17th September and still had no indication as to when I'll be receiving it, anyone else has this issue?

Hi @GraceSaund  if you look around the forum you will find other customers like you in the same position. Keep an eye on your order status in your account for any updates. Hopefully you will see some movement soon. This does happen every year with the new iPhone release.

I've had the same issue, got confirmation on the 17th sept. Got en email to say I should receive the device by the 10th oct and still nothing

@BillyOliver  honestly don't believe a word they say, on Friday they told me no stock til 26th all models, colours and capacities then mine arrived on Tuesday this week, hope you're not waiting too long

Ordered 17 PM 256 Blue on 15/9, got a text message from DPD yesterday (Friday 10th) to say delivery would be with me on Monday 13th. Still nothing whatsoever from Sky, but it looks like I'm finally getting a phone after exactly 1 month!

i just made a new order directly from apple for a 2yr contract with no interest at all  and pickup at battersea on monday the 13th.  anyone looking to do the same in london might wanna consider doing that.  17pm 256gb silver as at 10 minutes ago is still in stock for pick up. waited 2 weeks and not a single word from sky so yh they just lost a customer.

A friend was told that some people like myself who ordered a pm on preorder day might not see it this side of Christmas because they have no stock. I have mine from Argos now but sky just will not let me cancel they keep saying they don't have the option , but also don't have the stock so can't tell me when I will get a dispatch

Oh that sounds frustrating! Hopefully I'll receive before Christmas and hopefully you can cancel yours with ease!

I managed to speak to someone and was told it could be another 4 weeks on top of the 4 weeks ive already waited! They said I could order again and receive in 2 weeks? Makes no sense to me 😕 also wouldn't let me cancel my order either.

I pre ordered on the 12th September, I have been told 4 different dates so far with that last being the 4th of October! Guess what?? No phone!! 

im absolutely sick of calling them and being brushed off with excuses, I'd prefer them to be honest and say they have no idea when I'll get it!! I also leave to go on Holiday on the 29th so probably won't have it for then and if it arrives when I'm away I'll obviously not get it! I can't believe the issue people have been having and I'm disgusted in how it's being handled!! I was a pre ordered and my son ordered the exact same phone 2 weeks after me (he's a new customer) AND HE HAS HIS!

It's mental is it!! I was told people who preordered were in a different queue 🤦🏻‍♀️😂  so  that why others have theirs.... Ok  make that make sense! I think I'll end up cancelling and I've been a customer for years! Think I'm gonna jump ship as this has really put me off staying with them.

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max nearly a month ago and it still says coming soon for delivery date. I've tried to get in contact with sky to see when they are going to be delivered but can't seem to get an answer 

when I ordered it said a 28 day wait and it's been past that
