Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

Ordered on the 23rd, iPhone 17 sage. Got a message from DPD that it'll arrive on the 13th of October. Fingers crossed 🤞

I ordered the 17pm 256silver as an upgrade on the 15th Sept, and my account still says no active orders. 2 calls to customer service with lies that it'll be here in '3-5 days' (that was 10 days ago) and 2 online complaints a week ago with no response.  (Someone replied yesterday to confirm I'm the acc holder, which I replied to them within 10 minutes and then still nothing today).

Now seeing someone ordered on 19th and just got theirs delivered while others like me ordered 4wks ago and had no contact at all was the final nail in Sky's coffin for me.
I've gone back to Tesco, not even for a 17. I've ordered a 16 pm and it's arriving tomorrow (moving from a basic 15 so still a half decent upgrade for me) with more benefits such as fixed contract price, clubcard points and added £35 cashback. (Also same trade in price which will cover my remaining contract with Sky).

Trouble is, Sky couldn't give 2 fudges for existing customers so won't care how many people leave because of this fiasco.

@BRAINGASM I had further phone calls from the Executive Office this afternoon and was told 17 PM are out of stock and will be for a least 4 weeks.

I pre ordered on 12th at 1.pm still no phone or movement .. after lots  of basic lies from cst I've ordered a 17pm in orange from apple this afternoon I collect it from store tomorrow .. 

so sky you have lost yet another customer such poor service and basic customer service

I'm setting my limit at 4 weeks wait. Was advised 1-2 weeks when ordered. If not got it after 4 weeks I'm gone and will never use them again

I find it mad that I can order the 17PM right now for pickup tomorrow from my nearest Apple Store but Sky can't get stock for anybody it appears.

Ordered on the 18th September, still nothing from them... on their website it says, "in progress"😭💀 sky ain't serious

I ordered my 17promax on the 12th September. With a first delivery date on the 4th October and a second delivery date of the 9th October. Now been told it could be upwards of 4 weeks even though I was told they had stock in for the delivery of the 9th.
So disappointed in Sky. I would go elsewhere but it is still going to be a 3-4 week wait.
