Surely if they cant keep up demand they shouldnt be promoting it been with sky 19 years now but this is an utter shambles of the highest order

Exactly this. Ordered in 15th and nothing since. That's what's frustrating. If they even bothered to send out an email apologising and promising to keep me up to date on stock availability that would at least be something.

I'm not exactly stuck for a phone, but it's so frustrating to have no comms from Sky whatsoever. They obviously don't even read this forum or otherwise surely some genius would think to send out a holding email. I have never seen this happen with any online order I've placed in 20 years..

Anybody else still waiting for a delivery since the launch date? I pre ordered 2 iPhone 17, only one arrived after spending over an hour on the phone was questioned if I had actually had the 2nd phone, and told it would need to be investigated, to then be told oh they are sorry they didn't order enough phones! A week ago I was told I would hear something by today, and still nothing???
