It's the same advice I gave you on 26 September.

Re: Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
Update i ordered my iphone 17 pro max orange on the 16 well just gone midnight tryed to order on the 12 but web site wouldnt let me. Any way i checked my mail and messages yesterday and there was nothing. After being told bye someone that I know deliveries for the next iPhones would be between the 3 and 11 of October I was ok it will come when it comes I guess. So after nothing yesterday! Woke this morning to a notification to tell me my phone will be delivered between 4/5 today. So there was not much warning luckily for me I work from home. So maybe be prepared for very short notice anyway I hope everyone starts getting there phones now.

Re: Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
I honestly this must be just pot luck
and it's just not fair for some people who have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks at this point and some even longer
i ordered mine on 16th and still nothing
was told on Monday it would be 3-4 days and today is the 4th day
End of the day, to help the situation they could easily send people with orders information about the current state of it all because at moments it's an absolute **bleep**show
and people (me including) will probably never use them again and use someone else probably more expensive just because of this experience

Surely if they cant keep up demand they shouldnt be promoting it been with sky 19 years now but this is an utter shambles of the highest order
Somebody should be at least clear ant transparent to what is actually happening here!!..
If you ordered on the 24th of September, you would've seen the message at the bottom of the "Add to cart" button which says "delivery expected in more than 4 weeks". i'm not sure why you'd expect any tracking information any time soon.

Re: My mobile order says its coming soon and is processing, but it has been 2 weeks since i ordered.
@Nath_2389 wrote:I think it's really sneaky of Sky Mobile to allow you to order a new product and then not tell you it's out of stock or on "back order" until after the purchase.
I HATED my new Samsung so asked to send it back (was in my cooling off period), ordered a new iPhone to replace it, however have now been told there's no stock and I may need to wait until October 29th... I've had to send the Samsung back which left me with no phone.
I can't be without a phone for work, so have had to borrow someones iPhone 8.... Which Apple doesn't even support anymore so I wasn't able to reload a previous saved backup!
I now have this awful, slow, useless phone with no apps on it. A shambles!
Sky tell you that it's on back order before you order. Literally underneath the "Add to cart" button, it says "delivery expected in more than four weeks" That's not very sneaky.

Re: Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
From what I've herd the people that we actually talk to at customer service are not told when they will receive new batches or that kind of info. My other half works for another mobile company and he said the same thing that they are not told about when new stock will be coming until it's delivered which I think is not fair to the employees or the customers so it's not just this company that's having issues! Think they need to do something about the way it's handled that's for sure but even my other half has not had any updates about his phone yet in his on work! I think Apple handled this very wrong stock wise. I hope you get urs soon. It has been a pain this time round for so many then it depends when ur local dpd arange things from there side although there usually quite quick but I guess they will be busy aswell it's taking my driver 3 hours to get from let's say 15 mins away from my house to were he is at now.
