Other mobiles receiving your text messages.
Another mobile has received my text messages. I told Sky on the 17th October about this and was told someone was looking into it and I would be phoned back. I have not been phoned back, has any other Sky customer had a similar experience?

Re: Other mobiles receiving your text messages.
Are you new to Sky mobile and did you transfer a number to them from a different network ?
Did you suggest that Sky issue you with another sim that will have a different number ?

Re: Other mobiles receiving your text messages.
I am not new to Sky, I transferred another number to a Sky monthly contract and chose an Apple phone. Sky knew I was going to transfer the number from another provider but issued a new number any way.

Re: Other mobiles receiving your text messages.
So you want to move a number from a different network to this Sky sim, if so activate the sim first then give Sky the pac code you have and they should then move the number within a few working days.
