I ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256gb around 5-6pm on the 12th and have had very little other than awaiting dispatch, until tonight I got an email from DPD saying it's on way to local depot at around 22.00. I'm in the Lincolnshire area. It hasn't been fun all this, but I hope it offers some kind of hope that all of a sudden you could get an email out of nowhere, everything sky side hasn't updated.

I had my DPD email on the 16th, but Sky still haven't handed my phone over to DPD yet for delivery. Genuinely think there's been an error with my order at this point, but Sky aren't willing to look ino this for me, even after spending 7~8 hours on the phone with them over the past week.

Aha  I ordered today (Friday) and immediately found this forum, looks like I'm in for a long one. Manchester, Cosmic Orange 256 let's see how long it takes then! 
Starting out not too fussed but I'm not one of the preorders, can totally understand all this frustration!

Apparently my iphone 17 has been at the dpd dpo for a while... they gonna get back to me when they know more. I'm starting to think my phone is lost at this point.

What annoys me is that other carriers are not having these issues.  I ordered on 12th, blue pro max 256.  Friend ordered through Vodafone on 18th.

I'm still waiting, he had his delivered yesterday.

what is the best thing to do i ordered on the 12th around 6pm. 17 pro max 256GB was said to receive 19th nothing then told the 26th then i was told today but i haven't received any tracking details at all or anything from sky completely dry. i'm getting sick of it now how am i suppose to know when to be in for when it comes it's absolutely ridiculous i am from up north

Same here ive had 2 messages in my inbox saying the same thing it will be delivered by the 2nd....been told on the phone the 3rd but thats all ive heard im really hoping it comes this week im getting sick of it all

Same situation, we all work, I just can't grab a day off when Sky suddenly recover to send.  By the sounds of it, these DPD notifications could turn up at any time.

exactly! i haven't even been told the 3rd tho i was just told when i had rang the delivery's started on the 26th but in my messages inbox it early stated i will get it on the 26th just don't believe anything they are telling me anymore which is rarely as they don't bloody tell me anything unless i ring up!!

I ordered on the 12th (north west). It comes under my devices but not under contracts or active orders. I called and they reassured me I do have an active order, first said the 26th for delivery but I called on Friday and they said Saturday (27th) or Monday, still says awaiting dispatch on the app but not tracking available. The person on the phone advised they were receiving a delivery on the 26th ready to dispatch. I don't mind when the phone comes really but the communication is so poor, you just want to know when it'll arrive!

I pre-booked a blue iPhone 17 Pro Max with Sky on 12 September and signed a 24-month contract on the 15th. Customer support confirmed on 25 September that the order has been processed by the fulfilment centre and should arrive within 1–2 working days. The delivery window runs from 26 September to 4 October, and as a goodwill gesture Sky credited £10 to my account.

Has anyone got any update? I’m feeling helpless and exhausted — I can’t cancel the order, I’ve already taken work-from-home twice, and I still don’t know when the phone will be delivered or how I’ll manage to receive it.
