Exactly I'm not annoyed the phones late I'm annoyed that everyone has a different lie to tell . Just a quick email that says we're sorry there's a delay we're working hard to get them out next batch goes out ... would be nice but nothing at all and lies when I contact them

You honestly cannot make this up. 

I messaged live chat this morning to cancel my order. I saw the 17 available with Tesco so i was like eh its a downgrade but at least itll be delivered tomorrow. Sorted it all out on my lunch break, after i finished work, spoke to live chat and asked if it had gone through alright. Got the email from Tesco half an hour later. 

Carried on with my day, went to check my emails to track the order, low and behold:

We're expecting your parcel!

My sky app has updated to estimated delivery of tomorrow, honestly kicking myself for not waiting but if I had waited, would it have actually come, gonna have to send one back.

I have tried to be very polite when contacting but it was obviously pointless as the rest of the West Midlands seems to be getting it not us

I'm in West Yorks and my PM Cosmic Orange 256gb is at the local depot now so looking like tomorrow finally 😊 seems to be a lot of us getting updates today! They must have actually told and truth and had a load delivered 😂

@garyhar93 don't know earlier today I was told another 2-3 weeks. Don't think anyone knew what's happening at all!

be very happy along with the 140£ credit they've added!

I ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256gb around 5-6pm on the 12th and have had very little other than awaiting dispatch, until tonight I got an email from DPD saying it's on way to local depot at around 22.00. I'm in the Lincolnshire area. It hasn't been fun all this, but I hope it offers some kind of hope that all of a sudden you could get an email out of nowhere, everything sky side hasn't updated.

I had my DPD email on the 16th, but Sky still haven't handed my phone over to DPD yet for delivery. Genuinely think there's been an error with my order at this point, but Sky aren't willing to look ino this for me, even after spending 7~8 hours on the phone with them over the past week.

Aha  I ordered today (Friday) and immediately found this forum, looks like I'm in for a long one. Manchester, Cosmic Orange 256 let's see how long it takes then! 
Starting out not too fussed but I'm not one of the preorders, can totally understand all this frustration!
